Steps following the acceptance of the position:
1. The HR department will contact you confirming your hire and welcoming you to the District. The next steps will also be outlined.
2. Confirmation of a Colorado teaching license will take place. Educators must hold a valid Colorado Teaching License in order to work for MCSD. To apply for your license or check the status, visit the Colorado Department of Education at http://www.cde.state.co.us/cdeprof.
If you are an ESP (Educational Support Professional), you must submit fingerprints as soon as you are hired. Contact Lori Hernandez at P: 970-249-7726 or email@example.com for information on fingerprinting.
3. New Hire paperwork will need to be completed within three days of your start date.
